Single room for rent - 8617 Mönchaltorf

my friend Maggy is looking for a living mate that will help her out with a couple of tasks while living in one of the rooms of her 4 room apartment in Mönchaltorf, 45 minuntes from Zürich Hbf.

Maggy is an active, elderly woman that has always had an independent way of living. In the last couple of years she has been losing her eyesight little by little and now slowly requires more support with a couple of daily tasks. Mainly it's about reading incoming letters and helping with cleaning the apartment.

She is looking for an attentive person, that is naturally inclined to help where it's needed. Beyond that of course it's important to basically get along, while both of you still have your own space and life, sharing her apartment.

Depending on the level of support, the rent will be reduced entirely to the utility costs (CHF 70), or it will be reduced to a correspondingly small amount.

Move-in should take place in the coming summer months; the exact date is flexible.
