Meine Freundin Maggy sucht eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner, der sie bei einigen Aufgaben im Alltag unterstützt und dafür in einem Zimmer ihrer 4,5 -Zimmer-Wohnung in Mönchaltorf wohnen kann, 35 Minuten vom Züricher Hauptbahnhof entfernt.

Maggy ist eine aktive, ältere Frau, die immer einen selbstständigen Lebensstil gepflegt hat. Seit einigen Jahren verliert sie nach und nach ihr Augenlicht und benötigt nun mehr Unterstützung bei einigen alltäglichen Aufgaben. Hauptsächlich geht es dabei um das Lesen eingehender Briefe, Hilfe beim Putzen der Wohnung und beim Einkaufen.

Sie sucht eine aufmerksame Person, die gerne hilft, wo es nötig ist. Darüber hinaus ist es natürlich wichtig, dass ihr euch grundsätzlich gut versteht während ihr beide in der gemeinsamen Wohnung euren eigenen Raum und euer eigenes Leben habt.

Je nach dem Maß der Unterstützung, wird die Miete ganz bis auf die Nebenkosten (70 CHF) reduziert, oder sie beträgt einen entsprechend kleinen Betrag.

Der Einzug sollte in den kommenden Sommermonaten erfolgen, das genaue Datum ist flexibel.

Maggy is an active, elderly woman that has always had an independent way of living. In the last couple of years she has been losing her eyesight little by little and now slowly requires more support with a couple of daily tasks. Mainly it's about reading incoming letters and helping with cleaning the apartment.

She is looking for an attentive person, that is naturally inclined to help where it's needed. Beyond that of course it's important to basically get along, while both of you still have your own space and life, sharing her apartment.

Depending on the level of support, the rent will be reduced entirely to the utility costs (CHF 70), or it will be reduced to a correspondingly small amount.

Move-in should take place in the coming summer months; the exact date is flexible.
