We are looking for an uncomplicated, open-minded, and nice roommate who would like to live in our large shared flat in the villa.

We are: Lena (musician and Shiatsu therapist), Julian (musician and sound technician), Raphi (ranger), Shriya (author), Lukas (camera person, producer), Julia (aspiring social worker), Shalita (aspiring specialist caregiver), and Wanja (baby). We are all between 18 and 36 years old, enjoy community, but also like to retreat from time to time.
Life in Kulti requires a certain degree of enthusiasm for culture, as concerts and cultural events occasionally take place on weekends.
Kulti is a self-managed living space, which brings work but also many freedoms. If you live in the villa, you automatically become part of Kulti, and it is desired that you contribute to the cultural factory. How this contribution looks is very different and depends on you and your possibilities.
It is expected that all members participate in the general meetings, which take place 6 times a year and offer the opportunity to actively participate in decision-making. Additionally, there are also garden action days, during which we take care of the garden together (4 times a year).
