Single room for rent - 8620 Wetzikon ZH, Zürcherstrasse 42

We are looking for an uncomplicated, open-minded, and nice roommate who would like to live in our large shared apartment in the villa.

We are: Lena (musician and Shiatsu therapist), Julian (musician and sound technician), Raphi (ranger), Shriya (author), Lukas (camera person, producer), Julia (aspiring social worker), Shalita (aspiring caregiver) and Wanja (toddler). We are all between 18 and 36 years old, enjoy community, but also like to retreat from time to time.

The shared villa is very spacious. We have a living room and an open kitchen (shared groceries) which are used as common areas, as well as a terrace in front of the door and a small basement workshop. Basically, we are responsible for the maintenance of the house, which also means that we are free to design the space according to our wishes.

The Kulti Wetzikon is a self-managed living, commercial, and cultural space that has existed for over 40 years. Therefore, we are also looking for a person who has an interest in the structures of self-management and can imagine contributing to it.

Since the room is quite small, we can also imagine a part-time use (weekend residents, etc.). We are quite flexible with the move-in date, the room is available immediately.
