I´m subletting my student room in a student residency in Winterthur-Töss for the month of June 2025 (01.06 - 29.06). The room has the following characteristics:

- 11,7m²
- shared bathroom with neighbouring room (shower & toilet). Friendly and clean neighbour.
- own sink in the room
- bed
- clothes cupboard
- desk
- small shelf in the corner
- fridge

Bedsheets, blankets, pillows and other personal stuff has to be provided by the subtenant. They are not included!

Additional information:

- The big and modern kitchen is shared with ~30 other people and is located at the top end of the building. No problems occured ever with availability of stove etc.
- Winti central station can be reached within 7 min via bus or 15 min by walking (from the House). Trains to Zurich take between 20-35 min.
- The student accomodation is very quiet and not a party place. People are friendly and polite in general.

IMPORTANT
- The room can be subrented for ONE MONTH only. Possible room takeover has to be discussed with the real estate company.
- Please only apply if you are a student. Working people etc. won't be accepted by the real estate company.
- To get the room, a subletting contract has to be signed and a proof of immatriculation has to be provided. Both documents are obligatory!
