Single room for rent - 8406 Winterthur, Agnesstrasse 12b

Since I (Pascal, 24) will be traveling from June to August, I would like to sublet my room in this great shared apartment for 3 months. During this time, you will share the apartment with Simon (24), Sarah (25), and Anna (29). Please let me know briefly why this period would suit you well. :)

About the apartment:

Our four-person shared apartment is located in the beautiful Loki district, not far from Winterthur train station (15 minutes walking time). In 3 minutes you can walk to the Loki bus stop, from where you can take the bus to the train station in about 5 minutes, with buses running frequently. In 2 minutes you can also walk to the Lokwerk shopping center (Coop, H&M, Müller, etc.). The Loki district is well-kept, quiet, and manageable. Nearby recreational areas include the Töss, which you can reach on foot in about 15 minutes. Our shared apartment is equipped with an open and spacious living and dining area, an inviting and modern kitchen that accommodates several cooking people at the same time, a storage room, a balcony, two bathrooms, and the four private rooms that each of us occupies, as well as a basement compartment. We share the laundry room with other tenants of the apartment block.
