Single room for rent - 8406 Winterthur, Jägerstrasse 31

We, Severin (architecture student) and Stanis (computer science student) are looking for a new roommate for the old workers' house on Jägerstrasse in Winterthur. The house belongs to WOKO (student housing), is small but has everything you need. Behind the house, there is a seating area with a garden, which is available to the row of houses.

The following requirements must be met according to WOKO guidelines:

• Student or PhD candidate at ZHAW, ETH or University of Zurich

The room is officially available from August 1st, but can be moved in earlier by arrangement.
