Single room for rent - 8400 Winterthur, Obertor 32

As our roommate Thomas is going traveling for 3 months, a room will be available in our 8-person shared apartment from June 24, 2025, to October 5, 2025 directly in the Winterthur Old Town.

The room is rented furnished and offers everything you need. The room is 17 m2 large and has a direct view of the busy alley. We have two large bathrooms and a smaller WC, which is sufficient for eight people. In addition, there is a cozy living room with an open and spacious kitchen and a small balcony. We share the laundry room, attic, and bike cellar with the other three student apartments in the house.

We are a colorful mixed 8-person shared apartment with different fields of study and interests. You would live together with Silvana, Anna, Noah, Robin, Daniel, Mona, and Maurice, all students in their 20s. We like to sit together in the living room or on the balcony, cook or grill together, or meet in the Steibi, a bar, or in the park for a drink :) Game or movie nights are also part of the regular program. At the same time, everyone lives their own rhythm and respects each other's privacy. If you want, there is always something going on here, but you can also easily retreat :)

We are looking for an open and tolerant person who wants to participate in the shared apartment life. Although it is a WOKO shared apartment, you do not necessarily have to be a student for the sublease in the summer!
