Single room for rent - 8050 Zürich

We're offering a bright and spacious 18 m² room in our lovely shared apartment, just a few minutes' walk from Oerlikon train station – perfect for anyone who enjoys easy and quick connections around Zurich and beyond.
The apartment is on the second floor (note: not wheelchair accessible) and is in a lively area close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need.

You'll be sharing the apartment with two friendly flatmates:
Lea (31) from Basel and Amit (26) from Kerala, India – both PhD students. We all work or study full-time, so the flat is usually calm during the week. Now and then, we'll have a spontaneous dinner or play a board game, but in general, we respect each other's space and busy schedules. If you're someone who enjoys a warm but independent living environment, this could be a great fit. I'm moving out to live with my partner, otherwise I'd happily stay!

Who we're looking for:
We're looking for someone interested in a longer-term stay (1 year+), who's a non-smoker with no pets, and has a stable income. A deposit of three months' rent will be required and an extract from the debt collection register.
