The room is 17m2 in size and is located in an 82m2 3.5-room apartment on the top, 5th floor. It also has a balcony of 9m2 facing south. The apartment is bright and offers a beautiful view of Oerlikon and the Zürichberg from the balcony. The apartment is a new building, completed in 2015, and features, among other things, an induction stove, dishwasher, etc. The laundry room is on the same floor and can be used whenever it is free (shared with 5 other units). The 3.5-room apartment is located in the Hunziker Areal/More than Living in Oerlikon. IMPORTANT: CAR OWNERSHIP IS NOT ALLOWED! This is also a criterion for this shared room. You can also use the advantages of the cooperative (e.g., workshop, sauna, mini-gym, common rooms, etc.). The Oerlikon train station can be reached in just 3 bus stops or by bike in 3-4 minutes.

The room would be available from 1.6.2025 or by arrangement. At the latest by 01.07.2025.
