• 📌 Location: Grünaustrasse - 8064 Zürich. Great location and only 10 minutes to city center: from the apartment it's a 5 min walk to train station "Altstetten Bahnhof", then 5 min train to Zürich HB (main train station) or the city center. There's also the tram stop "Grünaustrasse" 50 meters away. A Coop Supermarket is 5 minutes away by foot which is open even on Sundays (rare in Switzerland), and a small Migros is 2 minutes away. To the Limmat river and Werdinsel (nice swimming / BBQ spot) it's a 7 minutes walk.
• 🛏 Furnished bedroom. There are 2 rooms to be rented. The room of 14 sqm is for 950 CHF, or the second room of 17 sqm is for 1100 CHF. The whole apartment has around 90 sqm. All the furniture seen in the pictures are included in the rent price.
• 🛋 Shared and well equipped: kitchen, bathroom. The apartment is on the 1st floor. The apartment is to be shared among 3 persons (the current flatmate is Omar, 30 years, Spanish, works in finance/tech).
• 🌐 Rent price: One room for 950 CHF (14 sqm), or the second room for 1100 CHF (17 sqm), includes all extra utilities (ultra-high-speed fiber wifi, heating, electricity, and TV fee).
• 🚘 Option to rent private parking place (extra fee).
