Single room for rent - 8046 Zürich

Hi! :)

We are looking for a person to rent a room from July to October for 825 CHF per month and then (if it fits interpersonally) take over the other room long-term from October for 950 CHF per month (see pictures).

Our 3-person shared apartment is located in Zurich Affoltern in a very quiet yet central area.

It is very well connected to public transport: 34 min to Zehntenhausplatz (Bus 32 and 69) 310 min to Zurich Affolten train station

ETH Hönggerberg is reachable in 15 minutes on foot, Uni Irchel/Centre in 20 minutes by bus, and HB is reachable in 15 minutes by train.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a nice garden, a bathroom, a kitchen, a small living room, and 3 bedrooms. A cellar compartment and a laundry room are also available.

We are Mimmi and Ange, both 24 and students, originally from Italian Switzerland, but we also speak German and English. We are very close friends and lead a harmonious and happy shared living life. We are looking for a friendly, tidy, and reliable person, preferably a student, aged 23-30 with shared living experience; a person who follows a vegetarian/vegan diet is preferred.

We look forward to someone who is open and enjoys cooking together or doing things together - so not just a purpose-driven shared apartment, but personal space will of course be respected.

Cleaning and other household tasks will be fairly distributed (cleaning plan). We are both very clean and tidy, and we are looking for someone who fits in with us and enjoys taking care of the house and garden with us.
