Single room for rent - 8005 Zürich

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for a new roommate, as my current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend. The room I have to offer is about 11 to 12 m² in size and is quietly located towards the inner courtyard... perfect for relaxed evenings!

The apartment is located in the heart of Zurich on Konradstrasse, right next to the main train station. This means you're only 2 minutes from the station... ideal for commuters or spontaneous trips!

It's important to me that you have a full-time job and don't work from home in a home office. Cleanliness is very important to me, and I attach great importance to everything being left as it was found. We don't have a fixed cleaning schedule, but I'm sure we can figure out together who does what when.

About me: I am female, 42 years old and work in the event sector. I organize cooking events and other exciting events such as pop-up dinners. In my free time I enjoy being in nature, doing yoga and meeting friends to enjoy life.

The move-in date is June 1, 2025.
