About us:
We, Manu (28) and Kim (29) (currently Manu and Maurice, as Kim is still 🏄🏼‍♀️ until August), are an uncomplicated and open-minded shared flat, who value relaxed living together. A good balance between sociable moments and individual retreat times is important to us. We respect each other's privacy, but also appreciate inspiring conversations and spontaneous activities.

About the shared flat:
The free room is bright and offers enough space for your personal belongings (including a wardrobe). The apartment has a modern kitchen with an induction hob, a cozy living room with evening sun for shared evenings, and a small balcony with morning sun. In addition, we have two toilets and a bathroom/shower. Our shared flat has its own washing machine and dryer in the basement.

Location:
Our shared flat is located on Herbartstrasse, right next to Bäckeranlage – so right in the heart of the neighborhood. The Coop is just a minute away on foot and a Migros is five minutes away. Thanks to the central location, cafes, restaurants, and public transport are in the immediate vicinity.

We are looking for a roommate who is at least 24 years old, appreciates shared flat living as much as we do, and brings a balanced mix of community and privacy.
