I have a bright and fully furnished room (12 m²) available to rent in my cozy, well-kept apartment, ideally located just a short walk from the Heuried tram station in District 3. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and very well connected by public transport — with tram lines 9 and 14 just 1 minute away, and bus lines 67 and 89 nearby.

You'll find everything you need within a 5-minute walk: Migros, Coop, Denner, Aldi, pharmacies, a post office, plenty of green spaces, and an Active Fitness gym.

About the apartment:
It's a clean, welcoming family home, and the room comes fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rent is CHF 1090 per month, which includes all utilities and cleaning services (twice a month).

A one-month deposit is required.

You'll be sharing the apartment only with me.

About me:
I'm an architect and product designer originally from Brazil. After spending 15 years in Barcelona - Spain, and the last six years here in Zürich, this city now feels like home. I enjoy socializing now and then, but also appreciate peace and quiet. I speak fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and I get by in German and Italian. I'm easygoing and have a 5-year-old daughter who stays with me on weekends.

About you:
I'm looking for a friendly and respectful roommate, 35 or older, who works or studies outside the home, is a non-smoker, and values a clean, harmonious living space.
