Single room for rent - 8003 Zürich

From July 1, 2025, a shared room will be available for one person (preferably a woman, no men please) until the end of the year for initially 6 months (December 31, 2025). There may be an option to rent the room longer in 2026 if the living together is harmonious.

We are looking for a working, clean, responsible woman who fits into our quiet neighborhood and treats the belongings in the apartment with care. (25 to 35 years old, in our age)

The apartment is located in one of the most trending areas of Zurich - Wiedikon. Cafes, Bars, cool Clothing Stores/Vintage Stores, Restaurants and plenty of Supermarkets are just a few minutes walking distance away.

The Tram/Bus station is only 1-2 walking minutes away. Your spacious room comes fully furnished with a double bed (plus 2x fresh white sheets), there is a new desk with a comfortable chair to work/study, bright lighting and smaller lamps for a cozy dimmed atmosphere, plus a massive wardrobe system for your clothing. The rent includes all furnishings, utilities, high speed internet.

Rental rate varies based on the length of stay:
• 6 plus months: 1200 CHF
• 4-6 months: 1300 CHF
• 1-3 months: 1400 CHF
