Ab 1. Juli 2025 wird ein WG Zimmer frei für eine Person (bevorzugt eine Frau, keine Männer bitte) bis Ende des Jahres für zunächst 6 Monate (31.12.25). Eventuell besteht die Option, das Zimmer auch länger im Jahre 2026 anzumieten, falls das Zusammenleben harmoniert.

Wir suchen eine berufstätige, saubere, verantwortungsbewusste Frau, die in unsere ruhige Nachbarschaft passt und wohlwollend mit den Habseligkeiten in der Wohnung umgeht. (25 bis 35 Jahre alt, in unserem Alter)

The Tram/Bus station is only 1-2 walking minutes away. Your spacious room comes fully furnished with a double bed (plus 2x fresh white sheets), there is a new desk with a comfortable chair to work/study, bright lighting and smaller lamps for a cozy dimmed atmosphere, plus a massive wardrobe system for your clothing. The rent includes all furnishings, utilities, high speed internet.

Rental rate varies based on the length of stay:
• 6 plus months: 1200 CHF
• 4-6 months: 1300 CHF
• 1-3 months: 1400 CHF
