The rent for the room is CHF 1,083.- including utilities (200.- less than the other 3 rooms, as it is slightly smaller). We are looking for a great roommate who feels addressed by our description, is looking for a beautiful shared apartment in Lorraine, enjoys contributing to a shared living environment, but also understands that we do not hold fixed shared evenings, strictly follow a cleaning plan, but rather rely on self-responsibility and common sense in living together. We are a group of 4 working professionals aged between 27 and 35 (mixed gender), all pursuing our own life plans, but occasionally appreciate a sociable cooking evening together or enjoy cycling, swimming in the Aare, or simply chilling with a beer/glass of wine on our rooftop terrace.
