The available WG room (bright, 14.2m2) is located in a 4.5-room apartment (approx. 98 m2) on Tribschenstrasse. The apartment has a large balcony and two smaller balconies. Nearby (2min) there are both Migros and a bus stop (3min) towards Lucerne train station and Schönbühl. There is also a NextBike station in the immediate vicinity. The Aufschütte or the lake is about 6min away. It takes about 15min to walk to the train station via the most direct route.

Net rent 736.- (including internet, excluding electricity, water, etc.). The room is 14.2m2 large (unfurnished). Move-in date is 12.07.2025. The apartment is otherwise fully furnished. (We are still looking for a new table + chairs for the balcony. Grill and "lounge" available)

We are Dario (26) and Max (28). We both studied at HSLU and now work full-time. We are sociable people. Therefore, we are open to activities and shared dinners. We do not see ourselves as a purpose-driven WG. However, it is also totally easy if you need your peace (we need that too ^^). In our free time, we like to do sports, meet friends, or just chill (preferably by the lake or on the balcony). Within the WG, we make sure that it is tidy and that everyone feels comfortable. Otherwise, we are very uncomplicated people. Therefore, it would be nice if these qualities also match you, and we would be happy to hear from you.
