We are looking for a roommate for our new shared apartment in Neustadt. We really enjoy spending time together in the apartment and also in our free time, and we would be happy if you are open to doing things together in the apartment.

We are Anna (23) and Steffi (22) and are currently studying in Bern, where we also live together in a 3-person shared apartment. Anna is about to finish her Master's in Psychology and will then do an internship at LUPS. Steffi will start her Master's in Economics in Zurich in September. In our free time, we like to go swimming in the lake, occasionally go skiing or hiking in the mountains, and meet up with friends.

The future room (800.-/month including utilities) is 14.5m2 large and located in a charming old building on the 5th floor (with elevator). The apartment has a living room, separate bathroom and toilet, a modern kitchen with dishwasher and private washing machine, as well as 2 small balconies (one facing the inner courtyard, one facing the little garden).

The apartment is very centrally located: 5 minutes on foot to the train station in Lucerne, with plenty of shopping options, bars, and cafes. Since we are moving in July, the apartment is mostly unfurnished. This offers the opportunity to also discuss the furnishing together.
