Single room for rent - 7000 Chur

The room is the second largest in our shared flat with 12.1 m², very bright and does not border the street, therefore it is very quiet. The room is unfurnished. We have 2 bathrooms, 1x WC and 1x shower + WC. Our kitchen is fully equipped and large enough for all 4. Our living room is also very spacious, well furnished with a sofa, dining table and TV and has a balcony. We have a cellar compartment for ourselves and the laundry room and bicycle room are for shared use. There is a Migros and a Coop directly next to the apartment block, as well as a post office and pharmacy. There are also 2 bus stops directly in the adjacent streets. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

About us
We are Lea (23) and Marco (28). Lea is studying at FHGR. Marco works here in Chur as an architect.

We are an open-minded shared flat, who like to cook and exchange ideas together in the evenings now and then, but also give each other the opportunity to retreat.

We are looking for
We are looking for someone (m/f/d) who likes to integrate into our shared flat life and actively participates in our household. We are looking for someone who will not only stay temporarily in our shared flat, but presumably for a longer period and can imagine taking over the main rent at some point.
