We are looking for a new flatmate. We would gladly rent the room to someone looking for something long-term. The room is available from 01.06.2025 or immediately.
We are now a 5-person flat share, currently 2 women and 3 men. Unfortunately, a female flatmate is leaving us. It would be great to have a second woman in the team again, but if the chemistry is right, it can of course also be a man.
Our flat share is more of a flat share of purpose, but of course we don't avoid each other, sometimes we sit and cook together or chat about what's going on. With you, we would be five, but there is plenty of space because the apartment has 6 rooms and a large entrance area, where we have already held great parties and dinners. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a small storage room.
We are a smoking flat share, but smoking is only allowed in the small corner room next to the kitchen, we attach importance to this so that nobody is disturbed.
The room is large, approx. 21m2, bright and has a stucco ceiling and parquet flooring. The rent is 557.- CHF per month, but everything is included, additional costs, electricity, water, heating, internet, Serafe and a cleaning lady who cleans the common rooms and the two bathrooms twice a month.
