We are Giulia (f, 29, works in the hospital), Fran (m, 36, works in gastronomy). At home, we speak German, English, Italian, and Spanish.

From June/July, Sajmir will be moving out and we are looking for someone between 20 and 35 years old, easy-going, who likes to share and take care of the home with us.

It should not be a problem for you to act as the main tenant, as Giulia will be moving out in December or January and is looking for someone to take over the main rental contract.

Important: we also live with a small dog, Levante, so you should be a dog fan! 🐶

Your future room is 12 m², cozy, bright, and has a built-in wardrobe. There is also a bed, a dresser, and nightstands that Sajmir would like to sell to the next tenant.
A large living room and two toilets are available for shared use. We also have a cellar, a laundry room, and a bike room.
