In our huge loft with 2 roof terraces, 2 living rooms, and a lift directly into the apartment, our tower room will be available at the beginning of September (approx. 18m2). The charming tower room is located above the apartment and is only accessible via the upper terrace or the staircase. The two bathrooms are located on the lower floor. It is particularly quiet and has a brilliant view of the Rigi and the Pilatus with direct access to the terrace. The apartment is fully equipped with a projector, pool table, fireplace, grill, steamer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. The Migros and a pizza/kebab place are next door, and the bus stop is right at the front door. It takes 5 minutes to get to the train station by bus, and you can walk to Ufschötti and Bar59 in 5 minutes. We are a colorful mixed working WG between 25 and 34 years old. We are not looking for a purpose roommate, but we enjoy spending time together - whether cooking together, having cozy evenings on our terrace, or chatting about everyday life. If the weather is nice, we also go jogging together or jump into the lake to cool off. The rent is 750 CHF including internet and all kinds of consumables/ancillary costs. Since the person moving out was one of 3 main tenants, we are dependent on a new main tenant. We are looking for an open and sociable person who is house-trained and can think along.
