The kitchen has already been renovated and has a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and other electrical kitchen helpers, as seen in the photo. The kitchen also has enough space for a dining table, as well as sufficient storage space for the total of 5 people in the shared apartment. Dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. are available.

The bathroom has a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the basement.

The bus stop is located in front of the building. With bus lines 3 and 4, you can reach St. Gallen train station in 5 minutes - at FH Ost, or by line 9 in another 10 minutes at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). In about 1 hour you can reach Zurich Airport, about 500m to the highway.

The warm rent of CHF 310/month includes: rent, heating, internet, water, electricity, Serafe, washing machine/dryer, bicycle cellar.
