From 01.08 a large, bright room will be available in our 4-person shared apartment in Ebikon – 22 m² with a private balcony! The room is the largest in the house and offers plenty of space for a sleeping area, office corner, and even a small sofa – ideal for relaxing or working from home. Thanks to the private balcony, you can enjoy fresh air at any time – whether with a coffee in the morning or at sunset.

About the shared apartment:
We live in a charming, spacious 5.5-room house with a garden in Ebikon, in a quiet and green location, but well connected to Lucerne (public transport about 15 minutes to the center). The house includes a large living area, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and storage + laundry tower in the basement.

Who we are:
Currently living here are Norman, Tushar, and Francisco – we are all employed, in our early 30s, open-minded, uncomplicated, and appreciate a relaxed and respectful coexistence. With us, it’s casual; no one has to eat together every evening, but we also enjoy cooking together, grilling in the garden, or having an after-work beer.

What we wish for:
Ideally, you are also employed, between 25 and 35 years old, uncomplicated, open to shared living, but don’t need action around the clock. We look forward to a balanced person who is eager for a pleasant coexistence! :))
