Room available in a 4-person shared apartment in Chur Old Town, probably the most beautiful apartment you will find. From mid-September, a room will be available with us. So if you are looking for a home with charm, community, and occasional shared table chatter, read on! Our 4-person shared apartment is quietly located on the edge of Chur Old Town. You can easily reach everything important like the train station, shopping, library, and cafes on foot. Central, but no noise (except during the Chur Festival, but we are outside then too...) So to speak, the best of both worlds, right? And who lives here? Désirée (26) - studying business administration, works in an office, loves nature, and enjoys letting her creativity run wild at the sewing machine. Johanna (25) - from Austria, studying physiotherapy, loves climbing walls or riding off on her gravel bike, but luckily she always comes back. Stefan (29) - also a physiotherapy student, loves sports (and occasionally gets lost doing it) and impresses with humorous expertise on almost everything. Even unsolicited. We are an uncomplicated shared apartment with joy in being together and also the necessary quiet time for each person. Cooking and eating together, occasional small trips, everything is very simply structured. What we are looking for: You!
