Hello :) We are Marisa (20) and Inês (22). For our Ottis shared flat, we are looking for a new roommate starting September 2025.

Who are we? We are both studying at the University of Education Graubünden, currently in our first year of studies. Marisa enjoys sports in her free time, especially outdoors. Dancing is her passion. She also loves to travel and try new things. Inês also enjoys sports, going to the gym, and jogging. In winter, she likes to go skiing. Traveling is one of her passions as it allows her to discover new places.

About the apartment: The apartment is centrally located. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station. There is also a bus stop right by the apartment. Behind it, there is a large meadow that is very beautiful in summer and is used as an ice rink in winter. You can also reach the large Coop on foot in 3-4 minutes.

In the building, we have a bike cellar and another storage room available. The laundry room with dryer is shared with the whole house. Additionally, we have a balcony in the apartment.

Additional costs per year: approx. 350 Fr.

We value harmonious living together and also enjoy spending time together, but everyone also appreciates their privacy. Cleanliness and order are always important to us. We are looking for an open-minded person for this shared room.
