The shared room (approx. 18 m2) is very spacious, bright, and has a view of the quiet courtyard. The 3.5-room apartment (84 m2) is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house and has a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a small balcony, and a cozy living room. The laundry room is in the basement.

I am looking for an uncomplicated, open, and reliable female roommate. You are a non-smoker and value cleanliness and respectful cohabitation.

The shared apartment should be a relaxed retreat where one can feel comfortable and also have some quiet time for oneself – but of course, I also look forward to occasional shared moments. Having meals together from time to time is nice, but it is not a prerequisite for me. It is important to me that we both feel comfortable and can enjoy an easy-going, well-functioning cohabitation.
