We are Dimi and Luca, two relaxed guys in their mid-20s, open-minded, uncomplicated and with a sense of humor. We like it clean and pleasant in everyday life, without being overly fussy. In good weather we like to sit on the roof terrace – be it with a coffee, a beer or just to soak up the sun. Overall, things are relaxed, respectful and drama-free with us.

The 4.5-room apartment in the station building at Altstetterplatz was renovated in 2023 and is ultra-modern (induction hob, washer-dryer, etc.). The lift takes you directly to platform 2 of the station, so you really live right by the station. The room would be room 506 according to the floor plan.
There is a roof terrace with a great view which is shared with the other apartments in the block, but is mostly freely usable.
