Single room for rent - 8049 Zürich, Imbisbühlstrasse 55

I am looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat from the end of July/beginning of August. The flat is in a quiet location with bus and tram stops within 5 minutes walking distance. Shopping facilities (Migros, Alnatura, Coop, Denner) are also within walking distance.

Your room is the larger of the two (approx. 17m2), very bright and spacious. In addition to the bathroom and kitchen, the living room, the office/guest room and a large balcony with a mountain view are also shared. Washing machine and tumble dryer are shared with other parties in the house. A large attic and a cellar compartment are also available.

Your future flatmate is Michael, 32 years old, a postdoc at ETH Zurich in Hönggerberg. He spends a lot of his free time in the mountains. Ideally, Michael is looking for someone who is interested in a sociable flat-share life, i.e. cooking/eating together from time to time or having a glass of wine or a beer.

I'm moving out towards the end of July/beginning of August. I'm not taking my bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with me. I bought it new when I moved in (about 2 years ago) and would like to pass it on to the next tenant if possible. :)
