Single room for rent - 8006 Zürich, Universitätstrasse 51

Me and 2 others are moving to Zurich together to start a WG. We have gotten the contract for this beautiful apartment, so now we are looking for a last roommate to live with us :)

It is located right in the center at Universitätstrasse 51, 8006 Zürich. It is a charming apartment with 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen with a large living room (total area is 140m²). There's also a little garden and cellar. It's a 9 minutes walk to HB.

About us: we're all 25-28, come from Belgium and Romania, and are all in the software engineer field. We have a variety of hobbies (Spikeball, hikes, chess, salsa/bachata, cooking, baking, games, etc). We highly value the flat life and enjoy to have a dinner or movie night together, play boardgames, you know the likes. We're looking for someone who also likes to live in a WG to make friends (introduce yourself in your message!). The language in the flat will be English.

About the room(s): as there are 4 bedrooms, we are looking for someone to take the last one. However, Iuliana is moving to Zurich with a delay, so also her bedroom will be sublet for around 6 months if you are looking for a temporary accommodation. If you are interested in the permanent one, it is a bonus should you have all documents for a lease (Work permit, stable income).
