Single room for rent - 8046 Zürich, Cäsar-Ritz-Strasse 5

I am looking for somebody interested in renting my room during the summer time. The sublet period would be roughly from 01.07 to 31.08 (negotiable). The room belongs to a WOKO building. However, during the summer it is not required for the sublet to fulfil the WOKO requirements (but it is still preferred).

It is a bright room with a big window. The size of the room is 15m2 with a built-in closet with plenty of space for all of your stuff. Single bed, desk and small shelf included. Bathroom is shared with 2 other people. Kitchen shared with the whole flat (8 people). The apartment is located inside a big student flat with a party room, a bike room and a music room. It is located near 2 bus stops, a few supermarkets and a beautiful lake!

It is international 8-people flat, with students coming from Germany, Luxembourg, Colombia and Italy! We are all friendly and enjoy spending time together, doing sport, having flat dinners/brunches, going on trips (with each other) and do some drinks from time to time.
