Single room for rent - 8046 Zürich, Bergacker

In our 3-person flat share community (4-room apartment with balcony, 2nd floor), we are looking for a new flatmate for a 10 m^2 room (May 1st onwards, both fixed-term and unlimited are possible). The room is furnished (including bed, shelves, workplace), fast internet is available. There's a cozy living room with a big couch and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood, so it provides e.g. an ideal working environment. Showing on request. The rent is 650 CHF per month incl utilities. If you are an open minded student or young professional, like to get to know new people and cultures and already have some experience with flat-sharing communities, we are looking forward to hearing from you. :-) It's important to us that you're a non-smoker and don't import pets into the flat. We have an easy-going atmosphere - you'll often find us joking and we appreciate having dinner together or a joint boulder or water sports session from time to time.
