Hey! I'm looking for a new roommate in my current apartment in Zurich Schwamendingen. The apartment is on the 6th floor (there is a lift), has a roof terrace and is a 5 min walk from the streetcar stop "Mattenhof" and the train stop "Stettbach". From Stettbach, it takes 5 min to the lake by train and 7 min to the main station. Various supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Your room has 17.5 m2 and the shared living space is 51.9 m2. The terrace area of 13.2 m2 and the shared cellar compartment are on top of that. The price quoted includes the rent and utilities. Additionally, there are costs for the internet and electricity as well as for the cleaning lady who cleans the shared rooms every two weeks.

My name is Stefan, I am 27 years old and I work full-time as a PhD student in physics at ETH Zurich. In my free time I like to play badminton, go out with friends in the city or travel. I am looking for an uncomplicated roommate with whom I can have a beer in the evening or a barbecue on the roof terrace, if time permits. :)
