Hey! Ich suche einen neuen Mitbewohner in meiner derzeitigen Wohnung in Zürich Schwamendingen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug), hat eine Dachterrasse und liegt 5 min zu Fuß entfernt von der Tram-Haltestelle "Mattenhof" sowie der Bahnhaltestelle "Stettbach". Von Stettbach ist man mit der Bahn ist man in 5 min am See und in 7 min am Hauptbahnhof. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Dein Zimmer hat 17,5 m2 und die gemeinsam genutzte Wohnfläche beträgt 51,9 m2. Hinzu kommen die Fläche der Terrasse mit 13,2 m2 und das gemeinsam genutzte Kellerabteil. Der angegebene Preis enthält die Miete und die Nebenkosten. Zusätzlich fallen Kosten für das Internet und den Strom sowie die Putzkraft, die alle zwei Wochen die gemeinsam genutzten Räume reinigt, an.

Mein Name ist Stefan, ich bin 27 Jahre alt und ich bin in Vollzeit als Doktorand im Bereich Physik an der ETH Zürich beschäftigt. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Badminton, bin mit Freunden in der Stadt unterwegs oder bin auf Reisen. Ich suche nach einem unkomplizierten Mitbewohner, mit dem man abends auch mal ein Bier trinken oder auf der Dachterrasse grillen kann, wenn es zeitlich passt. :)

Hey! I'm looking for a new roommate in my current apartment in Zurich Schwamendingen. The apartment is on the 6th floor (there is a lift), has a roof terrace and is a 5 min walk from the streetcar stop "Mattenhof" and the train stop "Stettbach". From Stettbach, it takes 5 min to the lake by train and 7 min to the main station. Various supermarkets are also within walking distance.

Your room has 17.5 m2 and the shared living space is 51.9 m2. The terrace area of 13.2 m2 and the shared cellar compartment are on top of that. The price quoted includes the rent and utilities. Additionally, there are costs for the internet and electricity as well as for the cleaning lady who cleans the shared rooms every two weeks.
