Single room for rent - 6020 Emmenbrücke, Ahornweg 4

Hi!

We, Kai and Felix (both 26), are looking for a new roommate for our shared apartment starting in August and would be happy if you would like to move in with us! 😊

The apartment is located right by the Reuss – perfect for relaxing walks. By bike, we are only 5 minutes from Emmenbrücke train station and about 15-20 minutes to Lucerne. The supermarket is just a 2-3 minute walk away and many other shops are just around the corner. Especially cool: The large balcony with a view of the Pilatus – it’s really nice to relax here!

We have been living here for a year now and are looking for someone who is not just looking for a "purpose shared apartment" but also wants to do something together from time to time. We are both working full-time and enjoy spending our free time with sports, in the city, or on walks. But it is also important to us that everyone has their own space and that the apartment stays clean and tidy. The room is not furnished, as shown in the pictures.
