About the apartment:
2-person flat share in an old building, 3.5-room apartment in Länggasse, 2 minutes from Coop, 7 minutes from the train station. The room (19 square meters) is bright, has a built-in wardrobe and is modernly furnished (the furniture in the photo does not correspond to the furnishing, as it will only be furnished then). Your room has direct access to the balcony.
You share the kitchen, a cozy living room with a screen and projector, a bathroom with a bathtub and a cellar compartment with me. In addition, the house has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a garden area and a large communal terrace.

I am 44 years old, enjoy reading and dancing, am interested in culture and like to do sports. I am also often working in the evenings or at dance events, but if it fits, I like to have a drink or eat something with you. You can talk to me in German, English, Spanish and French. In shared living, I appreciate spontaneous exchange and openness, a sense of order and cleanliness is important to me.

I am looking for someone who is likeable, open-minded, independent, and who likes to participate in shared living, cooking together is welcome. The apartment is advertised from June 1st, I am also open to fixed-term contracts.
