I am looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 1-room apartment in a prime location in Bern, starting from June 1, 2025.

The apartment includes:

• 3 spacious built-in closets and 1 beautiful built-in shelf
• Spacious kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, and complete equipment including dishes and cutlery
• Bathroom (small but has everything you need)
• Washing machine and dryer
• Very central and quiet location: Shopping opportunities, nice bars, and restaurants everywhere, bus line 12 (stop Nydegg) just a few meters away. The city center is only 5 minutes away. Museums, the forest, and the beautiful Aare river are also in the immediate vicinity.
• The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator)
• No basement or attic space available
• Option for a small room that can be used as a very nice and cozy office (perfect for home office). Depending on the agreement with you, I may use this room to store some of my belongings. -> In this case the monthly rent is Fr. 980, if you take the whole office as it then Fr. 1'175

Ideally, you would take over the apartment half or fully furnished. Otherwise, during a viewing, we can discuss what you would like to take over.

This is a sublet for 1 year with the possibility of extension.
