The apartment is very spaciously designed, so our rooms are separated by kitchen, bathroom, and hallway.
The living room with balcony is of course intended for shared use and offers space to work and lounge.

The room is available immediately, otherwise by arrangement.

In the long term, there may be a possibility of taking over the main rent after consultation with the landlord.
