Our 3-person shared apartment is undergoing a small change this summer due to graduation, and two rooms will be available. The first one is available in July and the second from September (see 2nd listing).

The room available in July is the smallest (and therefore the cheapest) and will be free from July 2025: 11.1m2 for a rent of 562.- including utilities.

We live in a 4-room apartment with a large living room, balcony, cellar/attic, and a large communal garden with a barbecue area and raised beds. The apartment is located in Liebefeld, near Neuhausplatz. The city center and university can be reached by public transport and bicycle in about 15 minutes, and the Könizberg forest is right next door. There is a Migros less than 5 minutes away, and Köniz center with many shopping options is also quickly reachable on foot.
Your new roommate would be Uygar (23), who is still studying computer science. In his free time, he does a lot of sports and enjoys reading books.
