Room of approximately 12m³ in a 5.5-room apartment with balcony in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just a few steps from the Aare river. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator and dishwasher) and two bathrooms (shower and bathtub). The room to be rented is assigned to the bathroom with the shower, which is shared with another roommate. There is a laundry room in the building. The train station and the University of Bern are reachable by bus (lines 101 and 107) in 15 minutes and by bike in 25 minutes. The Coop in Bethlehem and the Migros in Hinterkappelen are 2 minutes away by bus. The Bremgartenwald forest and the Aare river are very close by. The neighborhood offers many green spaces, and several cats roam around. The rent is 534.- CHF. The price includes internet access (12.50.-). We are: three female students between the ages of 20 and 24. We enjoy spending time together in the living room or on the balcony in summer. But we also need quiet moments for studying. We speak French among ourselves, but we also have no problem speaking German or English. We are looking for: A female student of our age (between 18 and 30 years old), who is friendly and reliable and wants to stay in the shared apartment for at least 1 to 2 years, ideally longer. We are looking for a respectful, quiet person, but who is also fun-loving.
