Single room for rent - 3007 Bern, Balderstrasse 20

The room is about 14m2 in size. Since a person will be moving in on 01.07, we unfortunately cannot say much about living together yet. However, Florin will definitely be in the apartment:
Florin, (he/him) 24 years old. I am studying medicine in the 6th year and will be taking my state exam in the summer. In winter, I like to be in the mountains for snowboarding or sledding. I also love to travel, so it can happen that I am often not at home. Additionally, I am glad when everyone contributes to the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment also has a balcony that can be used by everyone.
