My WG room in Mattenhof will be free from July 1st, 2025. You would live with two women (21/23).

• You are 15 minutes from the train station on foot and 4 minutes by tram from Hasler station
• 15.5 m² large room with beautiful parquet flooring and plenty of sunlight
• the room is rented unfurnished!
• Living room and balcony for shared use
• Washing machine/dryer in the basement for shared use
• You pay 700.- and the additional costs are settled with the roommates
  (may vary slightly)
• WC and bathroom are separate

My roommates are looking for a tidy person, around their age, who enjoys a young & friendly WG life.
