My name is Caroline and I am renting out my cozy WG room immediately:

• Spacious, bright room with balcony access - 24 sqm
• Desk, wardrobe and sideboard can be rented (if required)
• Central location: in a green & relaxed quarter, very close to the Inselspital, right next to the Könizberg forest, good public transport connections and various supermarkets within a 5-15 minute walk

Currently Laura (29 years old, physiotherapist and Master student Health Sciences) and Caroline (27 years old, physiotherapist) live in the WG. From June, Caroline will move in with her boyfriend and Marc will move in. Laura, as the main tenant, has 11 years of WG experience. She is a warm and active person and likes open communication.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life: a kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a shared washing machine and dryer, a bathroom with bathtub, and a sunny balcony. Although the balcony belongs to the large room, it has always been used communally.
