We currently live together in a spacious 4-room apartment with a large, bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a balcony, a large shared roof terrace, a bathroom (bathtub),
a separate toilet and a cellar compartment. In the entrance area there are also large built-in wardrobes with plenty of space for shoes, jackets etc.

The room that will become available is approx. 15m2 large, bright and unfurnished (if desired, the clothes rails on the wall can remain in the room).
Room is available from June 1st, 2025.

The apartment is very centrally located (approx. 10 min. walk/by public transport to the train station). The Marzili, the Dampfzentrale, the Chessu and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. There are also several shopping facilities (Aldi and Coop) nearby.
We are looking for an uncomplicated, tidy person from the age of 26, who is occasionally up for a swim in the Aare or a drink.

Your roommates are:
Nicolas (33) Structural draftsman, enjoys sports and video or board games. We will be happy to tell you more about us during the viewing.
Aparna (24) is doing her Master's degree in Design at the HKB, loves to cook, is generally cheerful and always ready to meet new people.
