In addition, the apartment has three more balconies (two of them in the living room) and is very spacious. The living room is on the upper floor and connected to the kitchen. The large windows make it bright all day long.
A private cellar compartment with plenty of storage space, two drying rooms, and a bike room are also included.

About us
We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful WG starting July 2025 (or by arrangement).
Your new WG is very central. In 7 minutes you can reach the train station on foot and in less than 5 minutes the beautiful Lake Lucerne.

We, Laura (30) and Jan (30), are very easy-going and like to be active, whether skiing/snowboarding in winter or swimming and hiking in summer. We are both employed and work outside the home. We also enjoy spending the evening together watching a good series or playing board games.
