We, Marius (33) and Janine (29), are starting a new shared apartment from August 1, 2025. You can expect a bright 5.5-room maisonette apartment with a view of Pilatus, balcony, open living and dining area, spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry tower, storage room, elevator, and large cellar compartment.

Included in the price are rent, additional costs, internet, professional cleaning every two weeks, and shared household products (a deposit of 3 months' rent is also due upon moving in).

The Lucerne train station is reachable in 5 minutes by bike and in 10 minutes on foot. Cool bars, cafés, and shopping options are right at your doorstep.

We are looking for a new roommate to complete our shared apartment. There is a room available with 16m2 (rent: CHF 1,075) and a room with 21m2 including a private balcony (rent: CHF 1,220).
