My friend and I are renting a room in our 4.5-room apartment. We are both 30 years old and have decided to study again. Therefore, we are looking for a flatmate who fits well with us.
The apartment is furnished and has a large living room, a balcony, and a spacious kitchen. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet as well as a separate shower room with toilet. In total, the apartment has three rooms, one of which we are renting out. In the basement, there is a shared laundry room available to all residents.
Since living together is a kind of trial phase for us, we are also open to temporary subleases - for example, for two to three months.
