We - two sisters Sarah (28) and Jamie (29) - are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful apartment right next to the train station in Winterthur. Available from 01.07.2025.

• Only a 3-minute walk to Winterthur train station
• Coop, Migros and Aldi are also within a 3-minute walk for shopping
• 3 min walk to Blue Cinema in Kesselhaus
• 5-minute walk to the nearest gym (Active Fitness Archhöfe)
• 5 minutes to Winterthur Old Town
• Many good restaurants, cafes and bars within a 2-10 minute walk

Your room
Your room is 15.3 square meters and you have your own bathroom. The rent is CHF 958 per month and includes utilities (advance payment, excluding electricity). The deposit is CHF 2000.

We are:
Sarah (28) and Jamie (29), two sisters who have been living together in Winterthur for 4 years. Sarah works in marketing, loves photography, cinema visits, escape rooms and evenings with friends. Jamie works in communication, loves fantasy and science fiction books, enjoys hiking and likes board games.
Our apartment should be a cozy home for us, where we value spending time together (= no purpose-built flat share) but everyone can also be spontaneous and retreat. We appreciate the occasional shared movie night or flat dinner and also like to go to parties (but preferably not at home :P). Since cleanliness is important to us, we have a shared chore plan.
Despite its central location, our apartment is quiet, and nature is only 10 minutes away. In summer, we like to relax on our sunny balcony.
