We, Linda (25) and Lucas (29) are looking for a new flatmate from mid-May/beginning of June, as our current roommate is moving abroad.

About us:
Linda works alongside her part-time studies at ZHAW in Zurich. In her free time, she enjoys going out with friends, sometimes riding her motorcycle in nice weather, or enjoying time in the flat.
Lucas completed his Master's in the summer and uses his free time alongside his job at ZHAW for various interests and passions, including motorcycle riding.

About the apartment:
We live in a 4.5-room apartment on the 5th floor with 108 m2 and 3 bus lines at the doorstep. The apartment not only offers a spacious living and dining area but also a private washing tower and a loggia with evening sun and a view into the greenery. Despite the proximity to the busy Zürcherstrasse, it is very quiet here. The available room is 15.5m2 and if interested, you could take over furniture from our current roommate.

Expectations:
For us, an uncomplicated interaction with each other, occasional cooking and eating together, and discussing, laughing, or just vegetating after a long day is the most important and valuable part of flat-sharing life. In this sense, we are looking for a friendly, open, tidy, and reliable person who enjoys life and regular flat-sharing activities - we are not a purpose-driven flatshare.
